SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS Turned around underperforming project, bringing in on time and winning state award. Hillier Group experienced departure of two project managers. Worked with designer to achieve satisfactory solution. After redesign, monitored all aspects of project to ensure new design was achieved. Renegotiated and regained lost fees. Project brought in on time and under original budget. Won New Jersey Downtown Design Award. Modified major design concepts in University of Alabama laboratory facility. At CUH2A, was tapped to jumpstart project due to previous experience in building high-rise facilities. Quickly identified foundation design would not support proposed enclosure. Redesigned framing and multiple exterior systems using original foundation plans. Fast-tracked project ensuring timely completion within budget. Rescued lagging project, avoiding litigation and performance penalties. Perkins and Will was drastically behind on replacement hospital project. Assumed project leadership. Met with client and other stakeholders and renegotiated timing, budgets and client expectations. Expedited new project document and personally directed field supervision. Completed project on time and within budget. Satisfied all client expectations. Created company production standards, retraining staff. Moore & Sullivan had tight deadline to complete contract documents. Hired as consultant to oversee completion. Partners were so impressed with processes, was requested to create standards for use in all projects. Trained and mentored all staff on proper implementation of new guidelines.
